On this page you will find all the answers to frequently asked questions about orders, returns, shipping and more. You can contact our Customer Service for more information.

To change or cancel your order, Contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that your order can be changed once submitted. Orders being processed cannot be changed or cancelled.

To keep track of your orders, you must have an ACQUASPARTA account and place orders after logging into the My Profile section.

If you place an order as an unregistered user, orders will not be displayed in the My Profile.

If you receive a rejection notice for your credit, debit, or payment card used, contact the issuing bank or payment service provider. First, however, check that:

– The card or payment information provided is correct;
– 3- or 4-digit security code is correct;
– the card has not expired;
– ensure that the billing address matches the one linked to the credit card or payment method used.

You can check the status of your order at any time:

Whether as a registered or unregistered user, when your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number that will allow you to track the shipment through the DHL courier site.

Delivery in Italy is within 1 working day for Europe 2-3 working days (possible variations for islands and remote locations). Delivery time is estimated from the time your order is shipped, not from when it is placed.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with delivery details when your order has been entrusted to the courier. ACQUASPARTA is not responsible for any unforeseen delays beyond its control.

You can make a return request on our site whether you made a purchase as a registered customer or as a guest customer.

  • If you are a registered user, log in to My Profile and enter the Order History detail. Next to the order you would like to return you will find the “REQUEST RETURN” option.
  • If you are a non-registered user, please contact customer service via our chat by clicking on the icon at the bottom right or by visiting the Exchanges and Returns.

Once you have submitted your Return or Size Change request follow the steps below:

  • Retrieve the prepaid, pre-printed DHL label found in the original packaging and apply it to the package containing the products you want to return.
  • Use the tracking code on the label to schedule collection for your item online at www.mydhl.express.dhl. Select a date and location for collection, or drop off your package at the nearest DHL Access Point.
  • Once we receive the returned item, it undergoes an internal check.

Once we have checked the status of the product, we will send you a notice about the outcome of your return or size exchange and possible refund. Return and size exchange are free of charge.

Returns are free and orders come with a prepaid return label. Customized products cannot be returned. More details are available by consulting our General Terms and Conditions. You can return a purchased item within 14 days from the date of order delivery. See our General Terms and Conditions.

It is not possible to replace an item. We therefore encourage you to proceed with your return and make a new purchase.
