Fill out the form and follow these steps:

1. Return the product in its original box, making sure it is undamaged, unused and complete with all original components.
2. Apply the return label you found inside the package to the outside of the box.
3. You can drop the package off at a DHL location (click here locator.dhl.com to find the one nearest you) or book a pickup at mydhl.express.dhl. To arrange a pickup, you will need to provide the Waybill number you will find under the first barcode on your return label.

You will receive an email confirmation for your size change. The service is free of charge.
